Holiday Must Try Recipes

We all love gathering during the holidays and its no secret that feeding the crowd is always top priority on the To-Do list. This year we’ve curated a list of our favorite recipes. We outlined a list of all the ingredients that you will need, which gives you full wiggle room to recreate each dish. Be sure to tag us in your photos so that we can feel the love since we can’t taste it lol.

Seafood Mac & Cheese-Kardea Brown Recipe

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium yellow onion, diced finely

1 pound blue or lump crabmeat, picked for shells and chopped

1/2 cup dry sherry

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 pint heavy cream

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, plus more for sprinkling

1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon

1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

4 ounces Gruyere, shredded (about 1 cup)

4 ounces Parmesan, shredded (about 1 cup)

12 ounces extra-sharp yellow Cheddar, shredded (about 3 cups)

1 pound elbow macaroni

4 ounces cream cheese

Sweet Potato Pie- Trisha Yearwood

1 1/2 cups canned sweet potatoes or 2 to 3 roasted, peeled and pureed sweet potatoes

3/4 cup sugar

2 large eggs

4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, softened

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Pinch salt

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, homemade or store-bought

Grandmas Dressing

  • ounce) package dry corn bread mix

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • ½ cup chopped celery 1 small onion 2 eggs, beaten

  • 2 cups chicken stock 2 tablespoons dried sage salt and pepper to taste
